MET Ball 2016

I don't care about Christmas, the most wonderful night of the year is definitely when our celebrities go to the Metropolitan Museum of NY to slay with their gowns. Every year Vogue and the Fashion Academy make a charity gala to inaugurate the fashion exhibition in the museum. This year's theme was Manus x Machina, basically it was about the technology and the machines. Let's see the best dressed. 

First, we got the women that makes everything possible, th emost influential women in the fashion world, Anna Wintour wearing Chanel. Then Beyoncé was wearing a too expensive Givenchy dress, and maybe in the wrong colour. Blake Lively makes her first apparition since she announce her pregnancy, the gown was designed by Burberry. Finally, Karlie Kloss was stunning in that white cut out dress signed by Brandon Maxwell.  

Emily Ratjkowski one of the sexiest models in the world was wearing a Prabal Gurung gown in black and white. Emma Stone chooses the brunette hair to fit in this Prada dress. Emma Watson was classy but flawless wearing Calvin Klein collection, I guess she doesn't care about the thematic but. Gigi Hadid chooses Tommy Hilfiger for the occasion, I love the colour.

Hailee Steinfeld was flawless wearing H&M, the accessories make the dress even more elegant. Hailey Baldwin was so confident in this Tommy Hilfiger dress. Kristen Stewart as usual wears Chanel. And Lily Aldriage was gorgeous wearing this metallic Michael Kors.

I don't agree with the people that wears mini or midi dresses at this gala, but I can't get mad with Tay so I won't  say anything bad about the Louis Vuitton that she's wearing: Naomi Campbell, my goddess, she was killin it with this Roberto Cavalli. Olivia Wilde was wearing a Michael Kors with the best accessorie, the baby bump. Zendaya was simply gorgeous in a MK too, but I don't like the hairstyle at all. 

Here we can see the Balmain Army, Alessandra, Cindy, Joan, Jourdan and Doutzen. All them looking sexy and flawless, my favourite was Jourdan Dunn, her dress is super elegant with a lot of details, and her hairstyle is on point.

Finally, it can't be an event without the Kardashian and Jenner assistance, they all wore Balmain except Kendall that chooses a white and blue Versace. Kylie was super cute and it was her first ball, she began with good food. Kimye were flawless, but it wasn't their best year, but tbh Kim was so fabulous last year that I think that se will never look so good in any other red carpet.

In my opinion last year the bar was left high with the Asiatic thematic, and this gala was more bored, everything looks the same. But we saw very original outfits and so many fashion tips that we will use for our streetstyle, stay tuned for my MET Gala inspiration post.
